This rooms comes with life-size R2-D2 and C-3PO replicas which apparently talk. A motorized pocket door for the entrance and a ceiling featuring a three-dimensional fiber optic star-scape.

The back of the room houses a DLP projector that displays a 107-inch curved anamorphic display.
How much does something like that cost? No idea. CNET guesses hundreds of thousands. And judging from the Hawaiian house that the little theater is located in, my guess is...more than nothing.

There have been some other Star Wars themed theaters, but this one's full on commitment is to be commended. Although, I don't think it would be something I would go for if I had the means. It's cool and all but, can you imagine watching say, Taxi Driver in that room?
