Sometimes we have to give the newcomers some shine, and there was no bigger newcomer to the celebrity scene than Canadian singer Carly Rae Jepsen. The British Columbia native was discovered by Justin Bieber and the Biebs helped get her number 1 hit song 'Call Me Maybe' out there... and the rest is history. The song became a smash, the melody is undeniably addicting, and ole Carly Rae is not anything to bad to look at. In fact, I think she is gorgeous.
