Matt Shapiro is only 20 years old but has built up quite the tradition over the past few years by putting out his Cinescape recap videos every year around New Years. He makes a super cut of all the movies that get released in a calendar year and does a great job bunching like themed shots together to make a very cool video. You can check his Youtube page here and his Vimeo page here to see all his past work, but this 2012 video is his best work so far. Unfortunately Connie Francis has made a complaint to Youtube for him using one of her songs and the video is currently down on Youtube (fuck you Connie Francis... it's not like Shapiro is trying to profit from your shitty old ass music), but the Vimeo embedded is still up and running so that is what I posted after the jump.
